1. Who are you?
Hi! I’m Annie! I am a musician, photographer and Mom. I like bagels a lot.
2. How would you describe your music?
My inner thoughts.
3. What inspires you?
My life experiences.
4. What can we expect release wise?
My upcoming album ‘Coffee At The Corner Bar’ will be released 4 September and I am EXCITED!
5. Are you Live Streaming in the Pandemic?
I said I was going to but I only did it once. We shall see. I have only played guitar a few times. I’m missing it.
6. Why did you take up music?
My family is very musical. My father is very good at piano and my grandmother is a violinist. Music has always been entirely around me and I love it.
7. How to do set about writing/creating your music?
When I have enough feelings built up, I know it is time to write a song. My guitar makes me.
8. If the world was ending and you could only listen to one last song, what one would it be and why?
‘Sundress’ by Ben Kweller, because it’s catchy and cool.
9. Any funny/weird stories or experiences from your tours?
Polly Paulusma, arrived in a hotel that was filled with rat boxes next to the beds - you know, pest control. We did not stay. That wasn’t funny or weird - it was scary and gross and on the M11.
10. How do you want to go out, a Zombie Apocalypse or Alien Invasion?
Inner-tubing down a river, on an everything bagel wearing a cream cheese and onion hat.

Annie Dressner, is a singer/songwriter from New York City, currently residing over here in Old England, she already has an impressive back catalogue. Touring intensely before the pandemic and appearing in many of the famous folk festivals over here in the UK, including the Green Man in Wales, and the world-famous Cambridge Folk Festival in England.
I’ve managed to catch Annie Dressner, live a few times over the last couple of years, and she is always a delight to hear in concert.
